Symphony Springs is a proposed residential and performance community for emerging musicians and artists, fostering a collaborative, campus-like environment where residents can live, work, and create together. The ground floor includes a small market and parking access, while the second level features a versatile eat-in theater for plays, symphonies, and film screenings. On the third floor, residents enjoy a lobby with rooftop access, a pool, fitness center, juice bar, and a reservable ballroom for events. Levels four through twelve house 72 one-bedroom, 45 two-bedroom, and 36 three-bedroom units.
Across the street, two performance spaces connect to a music library with rentable instruments, sheet music, and soundproof practice rooms. Beyond the river, support facilities (including a dance studio, One-Act theater, repair shop, prop and costume rentals, and talent agency offices) expand opportunities for creative and professional growth.
Location Map
This community connects the rail yard + former power plant to the retail shops across the river via this performance community. It is in a great location and provides many opportunities for performance within its bounds.
