I was tasked with redesigning the UT Aquatics Center on the corner of Andy Holt Avenue and UT Drive. I wanted to design a roof that let the structure act as the ornament, while also making it something that people just knew was an aquatic center. After many iterations, I decided on this design, as it mimicked the waves of water that swimmers + divers inevitably create.

The aquatics center is located on the corner of Andy Holt Ave. and UT Dr., behind the Tennessee Recreation Center, and the outdoor pool. This provides a unique, sun-filled place for an indoor pool, great for swimming laps when the weather gets cold.
